Join Temper’s mission to make the labour market more accessible for everyone. Help us service business growth by building a reliable platform, while challenging and motivating a cross-functional product team.

The Challenge

  • Help build the recently formed Onboarding & Publishing product team and turn it into a high-performing team, in close collaboration with the product trio (product design and tech leadership).

  • Help transform our newly built Chameleon platform into a best-in-class ‘mothership’ for Temper, with a focus on the Onboarding & Publishing domain (both client- and worker-side).

  • Help migrate our current FreeFlexer business to Chameleon, in close collaboration with the other product teams.

Job requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You have between 4 and 7 years of demonstrated experience in Product Management;

  • You have a track record of shipping great products;

  • You are a strong strategic problem solver and highly capable of formulating and communicating product vision and strategy;

  • You have hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams;

  • You are driven by product performance metrics, comfortable with statistical analysis, and experienced with experimentation;

  • You really get things done!
