At Temper, we’re looking for an eager and proactive Inbound Sales Representative Intern!🚀
Our Business Development team consists of 8 people, each focused on different areas of sales—outbound, inbound, and reactivation. As an intern, you’ll support us in converting marketing-generated leads into loyal clients. Once these clients are fully onboarded, you’ll hand them over to the Client Success team.
Throughout your internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in commercial processes and develop strong sales skills.
In addition to your daily work, you’ll receive regular training sessions to help you grow your sales skill set and support your personal development.
The Challenge 🧩
Follow up on inbound leads on our platform by phone and email to discover their companies challenges, support their onboarding and convert them to clients.
Ensure clients remain satisfied, stay with us and increase the number of hours they fill through our platform, by reaching out to them when we believe contact with us can make most impact
Adding prospects who signed up on the platform and not respond to the marketing automation platform.
Job requirements
Preferably study Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a similar field
Have good social and communication skills.
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and eager to help potential clients solve their staffing challenges.
Have curiosity and openness to learn new things.
You are fluent in English and Dutch
Availability for 4 or 5 days a week for at least 5 months.
Are officially registered as a member of an educational institution or a student for the complete duration of the internship.
