The Challenge 🧩

This internship offers a broad introduction to financial operations—from internal reporting to hands-on ERP experience. You’ll learn how we manage our financial data and contribute to making our processes smarter, more efficient, and more insightful.

Financial Reporting & Month-End Support

• Assist in updating internal and external reporting packages

• Strengthen your Excel skills while supporting monthly reports

• Help post journal entries and take part in the month-end closing process

• Work on basic reconciliations with guidance from the team
  

Accounts & Transactional Support

• Prepare and process credit notes

• Manage shared finance mailboxes

• Route invoices and follow up with budget holders

• Support smooth and timely invoice approvals
  

Administrative & Data Management

• Submit simple reports to external stakeholders

• Make sure financial records are complete and tidy (tags, attachments, etc.)

• Help improve data accuracy and support process improvements

Your Temper Team 👋

You’ll join a small, close-knit Finance team that loves numbers—and helping each other grow. You’ll work directly with our Revenue Controller and regularly collaborate with the Accounts Payable Controller, FP&A Lead, and Head of Finance, gaining broad exposure across all finance areas. You'll also work cross-functionally with other departments, building a great understanding of our business as a whole.

• Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration in a Dutch university or institution.

• Feel comfortable with Excel and are excited to learn more

• Are organized, proactive, and have an eye for detail

• Enjoy working with others and have strong communication skills
