The role and team 💪

As a Client Success Associate, you’ll be responsible for making our clients as successful as possible. Your goal is to support them through onboarding, ensure they remain loyal customers, and help grow their business on our platform over time. You’ll act as their partner and main point of contact within Temper, understanding their needs, building relationships, and taking action to increase long-term value.

You will work in a team of four people who all together have a big influence on the business success of Temper as this group of clients is rapidly growing. Besides we have a very informal culture where everyone's opinion is valued and where work together towards the end goal(s) of the month/quarter/ year.

In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Business Development, Diederik.

What you will be doing 🧩

  • Follow up with new clients via phone and email to give them the information and confidence they need to become active users of Temper

  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and increased usage of our platform by reaching out at impactful moments (e.g., after a negative experience)

  • Help clients get the most out of our platform by collecting feedback (e.g., on platform use) through conversations and data, and translating it into journey-based communication and input for other teams (e.g., Product, Account Management)

  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Client Success team and across departments to optimize and implement the processes and tools we use to serve our clients effectively.

Job requirements

  • Have a HBO or master’s degree in Business or a related field, or 0-1 years of relevant work experience

  • Have a commercial mindset, your goal is to make a sustainable impact which leads to more revenue

  • Combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of customer needs and a healthy dose of creativity to drive long-term success while also seizing short-term wins

  • Have strong communication skills and are fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to have

  • Previous sales or account management experience

  • Have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud

  • Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Have previously worked at another SaaS or platform company, ideally in an early-stage environment
