Your Temper Team

You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 9 driven individuals, including account managers and location success managers. Our team is a dynamic blend of experience, expertise, and diverse backgrounds, creating an engaging environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• We expect not more than 2 years of experience in sales or account management, where you've built strong client relationships, closed deals, and driven revenue growth.

• You have a strong commercial mindset, always looking for ways to create value for both Temper and our clients. You're great at understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their goals.

• You’re action-oriented and proactive, taking the initiative to create opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear. You ensure no potential goes untapped.

• You have a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a similar business-related field.

• You’re a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.

• You hold a valid driver's license.
