The Challenge
Sell Temper’s multimodel as an innovative solution in the labour market
Build long-term relationships with your clients
Give data-driven advice in order to optimize the clients’ workforce
Manage different stakeholders, from operational managers to C-level executives
Spot opportunities & challenges in a dynamic environment
Your Temper Team
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 9 driven individuals, including account managers and location success managers. Our team is a dynamic blend of experience, expertise, and diverse backgrounds, creating an engaging environment.

Job requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
We expect not more than 2 years of experience in sales or account management, where you've built strong client relationships, closed deals, and driven revenue growth.
You have a strong commercial mindset, always looking for ways to create value for both Temper and our clients. You're great at understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their goals.
You’re action-oriented and proactive, taking the initiative to create opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear. You ensure no potential goes untapped.
You have a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a similar business-related field.
You’re a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
You hold a valid driver's license.
