Account Management Intern

At Temper, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented Account Management Intern to join our commercial team. As a Commercial Intern at Temper, you will play a vital role in supporting sales and account management efforts. 

You will be landing in a team of 7 Account Managers, with whom you will work closely to drive growth opportunities and ensure our clients make the most of our platform's capabilities. You’ll support the Account Managers by being in direct contact with our clients.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in business development and client relationship management. A commercial mindset is recommended for this internship, as well as strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and pursue growth opportunities for our business.

• Take ownership of the assigned enterprise locations and proactively reach out with the commercial purposes of;

  • Driving business growth by guiding them through the growth funnel and convert them into loyal users of the platform;

  • Improving client performance by giving data driven advise

• Onboard new clients to the Temper platform by providing comprehensive guidance and support during the onboarding process.

• Ensure and improve client success by proactively reaching out to workers in order to fill shifts.

• Support the commercial team in executing commercial sprints to drive business growth and achieve targets.

What Makes you a Great Fit 🚀

• Preferably study Hospitality Management, Business, International Business, or a similar field.

• Strong interest in sales, business development, and account management.

• You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work in an organized way to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and assist existing clients.

• Proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.

• You are fluent in English and Dutch.

• Availability for 4 or 5 days a week for 6 months (or at least 5)

• Are officially registered as a member of an educational institution or a student for the complete duration of the internship.
